How to Watch 4K IPTV on Samsung & LG Smart TV

Modern Samsung and LG TVs can run IPTV natively — no Fire Stick required. Here's how.

If you own a recent Samsung (Tizen) or LG (webOS) Smart TV, you can often stream 4K IPTV directly from an app on the TV itself, controlled with your normal remote. No extra hardware, no clutter.

Setting up on Samsung or LG

1. Open your TV's app store (Samsung Apps or LG Content Store).
2. Search for and install a supported IPTV player.
3. Launch it and enter the login or playlist details we provide.
4. Let the channels and EPG load, then start watching in Ultra HD.

What about older Smart TVs?

If your TV is a few years old, or another brand, the app selection may be limited. The easiest fix is a Fire TV Stick 4K — it plugs into any HDMI port and gives you the full experience for around £30–£40. It also tends to be faster than older built-in TV software.

Getting the best picture

For true 4K, use a wired connection or strong 5GHz Wi-Fi and make sure your plan and channels are Ultra HD. Our 4K Smart TV page covers device compatibility in detail, and support can confirm whether your exact model runs a native app.
